We collect participant details only for enquiry handling, booking confirmation, departure coordination, payment verification, customer support, and safety communication. Typical information may include name, phone number, email address, city, emergency contact, event choice, and payment reference.

Terms & Conditions
All bookings, treks, mountain tours, yatra departures, and adventure activities are subject to weather, route conditions, operational readiness, safety requirements, and seat availability. By confirming a booking, participants agree to follow instructions issued by the Sahyadri Rock Adventures team.
Participant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details during enquiry and booking.
- Carry personal medicines if needed.
- Follow safety and reporting instructions on time.
- Maintain discipline during the event or tour.
Operational Rights
- We may modify plans for weather, safety, route access, or local conditions.
- Bookings remain subject to operational feasibility and seat availability.
- Unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the activity without operational liability.
- Policy handling may differ for yatra departures and Sahyadri mountain tours as listed below.
Booking Policy
This section applies specifically to Dham Yatra Uttarakhand departures. Sahyadri range mountain tour notes are not part of this booking schedule.

Clear difference: This booking policy is for Dham Yatra Uttarakhand only. Sahyadri range mountain tours follow separate participant notes and advance payment conditions.
Payment Policy
This payment schedule applies specifically to Dham Yatra Uttarakhand departures.

Note: Seat availability must be inquired before paying any fee.
Clear difference: Sahyadri range mountain tours do not use this installment schedule. For those tours, 50% expedition fee in advance is mandatory to book your seat.
Cancellation Policy
This section separates Dham Yatra Uttarakhand cancellation slabs from Sahyadri range mountain tour cancellation handling.
Dham Yatra Uttarakhand
- Full refund if canceled 2 months prior to campaign.
- 80% refund if canceled 1 month before the campaign.
- 50% refund if canceled 15 days before campaign.
- 0% refund if canceled before 8 days of campaign.
Sahyadri Range Mountain Tour
- No refund will be made if cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the departure date of event.
- If cancelled before 3 days, only then full refund will be applicable.
- Refund percentage for Dham Yatra Uttarakhand is charged on the full amount of fees.
- Please communicate cancellation as early as possible for smoother handling.
